Remote Working Guidance
This is to let all our members know that we have closed the office temporarily as a result of the current corona virus (COVID-19) pandemic.
All clients and members can reach us via email or telephone if, and when, they want any assistance with anything or to follow up on their cases and we will try our best to response within 48 hours.
In cases where updates on any issues we were dealing with clients or members before this current Government directives, please remember that we may not be able to give immediate feedback if your case depends on other departments or agencies, as some offices may be closed or have insufficient staff to cover their work.
We acknowledge that some of you may be anxious, especially those of you with Asylum cases, we can only do our best in this trying time.
We do not yet know how long this closure will last, but please use the following email or phone number if you want to contact the office
Please let us all follow the Government guidelines on this issue and not be influenced by what friends and other sources of information that you cannot verify its authenticity.
