Salary: £5,720 Fixed Term for 1 Year Hours: 10 hours a week Term: Permanent Location: 44 Portland Street Hull HU2 8JX Vacancy Information: MAIN DUTIES: • To provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office. • To answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors. • To carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. • To exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. • To support the HANA team by performing tasks related to the organisation. • To ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques. • To provide information by answering questions and requests. • To maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
