Dear Voluntary and Community groups,
Artlink Centre for Community Arts are seeking unemployed residents of Hull who would like to participate in a series of community art worker training workshops being held at the Artlink Centre, starting on Tuesday evening 22nd October 2013 from 6pm.
Attendance on five sessions can lead to further progression and accreditation through the Open College Network ‘Skills for Community Arts Work’ course which will involve the planning and delivery of a community arts workshop with a group of your own choice, and a portfolio building exercise to evidence achievement for assessment and certification purposes.
The workshops are FREE but you must be 19 years or older, reside within Hull, have been living in the European Community for at least three years and be able to produce a National Insurance Number and other form of identification which confirms your current address.
The workshops will be delivered over a five week period and include:

Project Planning 29th October 2013
Facilitation Skills 5th November 2013
Events Management – Publicity, Health & Safety 12th November 2013
Evaluation and Reflective Practice 19th November 2013
