HANA FOOTBALL WORLD CUP 2025

Details and Agreement

EVENT DETAILS:

– Date: Saturday, 14th June 2025

– Venue: University of Hull sports ground, Hull, HU6 7TS

– Start Time: Promptly at 10:00 AM

– A one-day event dedicated to competing for the prestigious HANA Football World Cup.

– Participation is exclusively reserved for teams registered with HANA.

MATCH ARRANGEMENTS:

– Matches commence at 10:00 AM and conclude by 4:00 PM.

– Teams are required to report to reception to complete their team sheets.

– Match duration: All matches are 20 minutes except for the Final, which extends to 30 minutes.

– Qualified referees appointed by the Football Association will officiate all matches.

– Proper footwear and protective gear are mandatory for all players.

– While team kits are not provided, tabards can be arranged upon request.

– A detailed schedule will be furnished to team captains before the commencement of the HANA World Cup.

NON-ATTENDANCE POLICY:

– Kindly provide one week’s notice to the organization in case of non-attendance.

– Timely communication is crucial for effective event planning and execution. For inquiries, contact the organizers at 01482 491177.

FEES AND REGISTRATION:

– Each team may enlist up to 10 players in their squad.

– All registered players must submit passport-sized photos or a group picture of their team.

– Registration with HANA is a prerequisite for participation.

– A registration fee of £50.00 must be settled one month before the event to confirm your team’s participation.

BEHAVIORAL EXPECTATIONS:

– All participants, including teams, staff, referees, and organizers, are expected to uphold the highest standards of behavior.

– Respectful, polite, and sportsmanlike conduct is mandatory.

– Racist remarks or behavior will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate disqualification from the HANA World Cup 2025.

– Teams are urged to maintain punctuality and respect ongoing games.

TEAM COMMITMENT:

– Designate a single point of contact for coordinating with HANA event organizers.

– Timely arrival is imperative for seamless game commencement.

– Ensure your team is adequately prepared for each match. Late arrivals may result in forfeits.

– Teams should aim to have full participation or seek additional players as necessary.

MEDIA USAGE:

– Match photographs and videos will be shared on our Facebook page.

– Notify the organizers if you prefer to abstain from having your team’s images or videos published.
