Join the Community Links new partnership project with Leeds Community Health Liaison and Diversion Service providing a seamless link with police custody healthcare services across Humberside.
They are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join this new mental health service serving
Humberside as Support Time Recovery Workers.
The Support Time Recovery Workers will provide essential outreach, co-ordination and hand holding to service users who have care plans in place. They will provide Support, give Time to an allocated group of service users and aim to promote Recovery within community settings across Humberside.
As a Support Time Recovery Worker you will be someone who will work collaboratively, is keen, inspiring, open minded and most importantly you will be yourself.
You must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle to undertake this role
You will be joining Community Links, an award winning, leading mental health provider working across the region of Yorkshire and the Humber.
