Salary: £20,868 per annum (pro-rata) plus pension contribution
Hours: 28 hours per week comprised of (job share would be considered):
15 hours per week Action Towards Inclusion Caseworker: To provide a comprehensive money advice service to clients referred to us by Keyworker partners under the Action Towards Inclusion project, which is funded by the European Union Social Fund and The Big Lottery.
7 hours per week Money Advice Service Caseworker: To provide a comprehensive debt management advice service to clients at Citizens Advice York.
6 hours per week Specialist Debt Caseworker: To provide a comprehensive debt management advice service specifically to vulnerable clients at Citizens Advice York.
Period: Maternity cover initially (continuation subject to funding)
Closing date: 9am 14th May 2018
Each of the three services are required to comply with the General Help Quality Mark standards and must be delivered in accordance with the aims, policies and principles of the Citizens Advice Service.
Please note that the role involves work with vulnerable clients and therefore an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (‘DBS’) check is required for all successful applicants.
