Hull City Council are looking to recruit a dynamic and experienced Workforce Development Officer to lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of a multi-agency workforce development and training plan for Early Help Services across Hull.
The post holder will work collaboratively with Early Help staff and colleagues across local authority departments and the partnership, to identify training needs, develop appropriate training packages to respond to this and develop systems to evaluate the impact.
This will enable staff working across Early Help to meet the needs of the local community. The post holder will contribute to ensuring evidence based practice is embedded throughout the Early Help workforce, so staff are confident in supporting children, families and young people with multiple and complex needs across the city.
This will include contributing to the development and delivery of Early Help Locality Events, focusing on relevant areas for the internal and wider workforce development.
Salary details: £28785 – £31371
