30 hour post to work across the East Riding £18,831 per annum pro rata
Can you help someone with a mental health problem improve or maintain their mental health and wellbeing and maximise their independence?
Do you also have the commitment and ability to develop and strengthen communities?
Using your previous mental health experience, you will support people with a wide range of mental health conditions on a one to one basis and in group settings.
You will also be required to extensively engage and network with external providers to promote Mind’s work, generate new referrals and develop partnership working.
You should have well developed communication and organisational skills with the confidence to work independently.
Applicants must have a full current driving licence and access to their own transport for work purposes as the role will involve travel in and around the East Riding predominantly Bridlington and Driffield.
The post is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure.
