Carers Project Lead

Deadline 9th June

Salary £21,000 – £23,800 Pro Rata, depending on experience

Hours 25 per week

Location Carers’ Support Service, Old Waterworks Offices,
1 Town Hall Square, Grimsby DN31 1HY

Type Fixed Term to 31st March 2019

The Carers’ Support Centre has been providing a range of support and services to Carers in North East Lincolnshire for 3 years, but has been supporting Carers in North Lincolnshire for 27 years.
They are looking to expand the team in North East Lincolnshire with a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will enjoy being part of a collaborative and dedicated team.
The post holder will have key responsibilities for driving forward the Carers agenda in North East Lincolnshire, working closely with professionals in healthcare, social care, the private sector and third sector organisations.

You are target driven and determined to achieve results. You are an excellent negotiator, able to develop positive and productive relationships with key people and organisations in order to deliver on pre-defined objectives. Verbal and written communication, organisation, I.T, project management and problem solving skills are a must.
You have an understanding of the needs of Carers and the importance of ensuring Carers have access to support. You are able to help the charity achieve its goal of making North East Lincolnshire and Carer friendly place to live.
