We are looking for a Partnership Coordinator to work with us and with a range of local community members and professionals to understand and respond to severe and multiple disadvantage in York. The Partnership Coordinator will have two main responsibilities:
Implementing a process to guide decision making and resource allocation in York for an allocated pot of funding; and to support and implement an action inquiry in York focusing on children, young people and severe and multiple disadvantage.
The post and the funding pot are both supported by Lankelly Chase Foundation. Although the post is funded for an initial 12 month period we would hope to sustain the post for longer, subject to the progress made in the first year.
It is important to us to treat applicants from all backgrounds equally, if people need support with their application or more information we encourage them to get in touch. We welcome applications from all sections of the community.
