Job role and purpose:
To be responsible for all aspects of Accounting and Finance and Payroll functions within HERIB, including:-
.Being a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) reporting to the CEO
.Monthly management of accounts and reports
.Annual budget preparation
.Annual accounts preparation for audit
.Payroll Management
.Maintenance of Accounts systems
.Preparation of SAGE reports
AAT or part qualified CIMA is preferred. Qualified by experience may also be considered.
The successful candidate will be self motivated with excellent communication skills and have the ability to integrate into an existing successful team, be able to create rapport with various different stakeholders and deliver consistently high quality work to tight timescales and deadlines.

Nursery Receptionist/Administrator – Octagon Nursery, Goodwin Trust
32.5 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 9am – 4pm, during Term Time Only) Equivalent to National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage for over 25s
You will be an integral part of the Octagon Nursery team, providing a first class administration support service to the management team and wider nursery. Duties include meet and greet, operating a busy telephone system, composing letters, accurate recording of information on databases, filing, raising purchase and sale orders and all other general office administrative duties.
This role would suit an enthusiastic, hardworking individual with strong administrative, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a busy environment. You should be a self-starter, who uses their own initiative and plans effectively. The role will require you to engage with children, parents and other service users, therefore good customer service skills are essential. You should hold a minimum Level 2 relevant Business Admin qualification with demonstrable previous experience. You must also be willing to undertake further training, which will be provided, including Safeguarding Children and First Aid. You must have strong Microsoft Office skills. Previous experience in an early years setting would be an advantage, but not essential.

The Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) Project Administrator will be responsible for all administration duties to ensure the effective and efficient running of the YEI Project contract. The YEI Project Workers will be part of a team to deliver The Warren’s ESF-funded Youth Employment Initiative programme.
Main duties include:
. To prepare and implement relevant schemes of work and lesson plans through education workshops, vocational skills development, personal and social development and health education and activities
. Facilitate the provision of high quality, enjoyable learning experiences centred on the needs of young people, specifically identifying and meeting the needs of young people who have become disengaged from education, training and employment
. To ensure that the design and delivery of the programme objectives meet the needs of the young people they serve whilst also complying with the contractual requirements of the respective funding agencies
. To be responsible for ensuring that all monitoring, evaluation and quality assurance requirements are completed to the highest standard and by agreed deadlines
