EHCT is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated person to join the Charity. A competent/caring person to underpin the CEO as well as support the day-to-day operation. A can-do attitude, a proactive approach and a drive to succeed is required. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for directing and controlling all transport operations in line with charity’s aims.
The post holder will lead and manage the internal delivery team to contribute to delivering a safe, high quality, efficient, value for money Community Transport Passenger Service. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to deputise for the office staff, as required.
A flexible approach to the working hours to meet the needs of the services that are provided, including some evenings, weekend as and when required. Excellent communications skill. Good IT skills, able to use Microsoft packages: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access
Salary 18-25K (subject to experience)
(Initial 2-year contract, subject to review)
38 hours per week.
