Our Ethical Recruitment Agency is a new kind of employment agency – one that is values led and not only helps people to find work but also helps people to develop their skills AND gain real work experience through involvement in Social Action projects. You will be fully responsible for the day to day running of the business.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager who wants to make a difference. We need someone who not only has the drive, skills and experience to establish a profitable multi-discipline agency but who also shares our passion to empower people so that they can take charge of their own lives.
