Welfare Rights Caseworker with CAB

Part time – 29.6 hours per week.

Salary: 23,586 Actual: 18,868.80

Based within Citizens Advice, Hull & East Riding’s “Help Through Crisis” project in Hull, the post holder will provide specialist level advice, case-work, advocacy and representation in the area of welfare rights. The post holder should have knowledge of the current law and policy in relation to welfare rights and at least 1 year’s experience of providing high quality welfare rights advice to members of the public.

You will have the ability to work both independently with minimum supervision, and as part of a busy team. You must have excellent client care skills and be driven to work hard to get the best outcomes for your client.
